In memory of our friend Mark

Our dear friend and past director of Oak Forest, Mark Rieland, passed away from a long bout with cancer on Friday, March 21.  His suffering is now over as he rejoices in the presence of his Savior, Jesus Christ!

In his honor, Mark's family has designated all memorial gifts to go to Oak Forest Retreat and Conference Center.

Ministry leadership has decided that all memorial gifts should be designated for Oak Forest's most urgent need; namely, a replacement well because the one current well has recently gone dry!

Getting Involved

In 1996, the property and facility of Oak Forest were donated to Forest Springs Ministries in the desire that it become a place of ministry to fellow travelers on life's journey. Oak Forest has truly become a space set apart – where life’s travelers may find shelter and inspiration to refocus and refresh and come away renewed in body and spirit.

As a not-for-profit ministry, it is our intention to provide quality facilities and excellent service for a fair price... to exhibit the love of God to all who cross our doorstep. To do that well, we need partners who help us develop and maintain this quality through financial gifts.

Oak Forest processes all donations through our main financial office, located at Forest Springs in Westboro, Wisconsin. Gifts designated for Oak Forest will receive receipts from Forest Springs.
